These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Robyn AnyGas gasless-relay and cross-chain routing service, including its APIs, relayer, smart contracts, and network (together, the "Service"), operated by [Legal Entity] ("Robyn", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service — including via the Robyn client libraries, MCP server, or API — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Robyn lets applications and autonomous agents sign off-chain intents to transact and move value across supported blockchains without holding native gas. Robyn's relayer fronts network fees and is reimbursed from the transacted token. The Service is non-custodial: you retain control of your keys and assets, and authorize each action by signing an intent. Robyn does not take custody of your funds.
Subject to these Terms, Robyn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its APIs to build and operate your own applications, agents, and products that integrate with the Service. You may charge your own users for your product.
You may: integrate the Service into your app, agent, or product; call the API; ship and sell products built on top of Robyn; use the open-source (MIT) client libraries freely.

In short: build with Robyn — yes. Clone Robyn to cut it out — no. The MIT license on the client libraries covers only that client code; it grants no rights in the Service, relayer, contracts, or network, which are proprietary to Robyn.
The Service charges fees for gasless and cross-chain operations, taken from the transacted token (not in native gas) as described in the applicable documentation or fee schedule. Fees may change; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for all network, bridge, and third-party costs associated with your transactions.
The Service routes through third-party bridges, decentralized exchanges, and networks (e.g., LI.FI-aggregated bridges, Allbridge, Soroswap, and the underlying blockchains). Robyn does not control and is not responsible for those third parties, their availability, or their outcomes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Robyn does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that transactions will settle at any particular rate or time. Digital assets carry significant risk, including total loss.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBYN AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, ASSETS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Robyn's aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to Robyn in the [three (3)] months preceding the claim or [USD 100].
You will indemnify and hold harmless Robyn and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms (particularly Section 3), suspected unlawful use, or risk to the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3, 7, 8, 9, 11) survive.
We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date reflects the latest version, and material changes will be reasonably notified.
